At Mindful Living Ireland we are qualified in Mindfulness, Psychotherapy, CBT , Business Coaching and Corporate Training. We are passionate about using our knowledge to improving the mental and emotional wellbeing of Irish people through education in the Workplace , school and community. Modern life is busy for us all and can often become stressful leading to burnout, fatigue and mental and emotional strain. Now, more than ever we need to look at what we can do to increase our resilience to life’s pressures. Our approach to Mindfulness is not just about meditation, it is a comprehensive skills based education initiative based on Psychotherapy, CBT and Coaching Psychology which can truly change our experience of life for the better. We believe that mindfulness can be practiced anywhere for any length of time. We teach you skills that you can practice on the go.

Workshops
We provide a wide range of workshops and training based on Mindfulness C.B.T and Positive Psychology. We teach mindfulness for stress prevention and self- care in addition to mindfulness for teachers parents and children. We have vast corporate experience and design Mindful leadership and Management programmes to suit the needs of your employees. We have expertise in Mental health and deliver Mindfulness based CBT to support depression and anxiety. We deliver 3 day, 1 day, half day and six week programmes.
